- New slate roofs — natural and fibre-cement slate with copper-detailed ridge work
- Clay pantiles — the classic Norfolk roof, matched sympathetically on period homes

- Heritage & period properties — flint cottages, barns and listed-style work
- High-value work quoted clearly in writing — typical Norwich re-roofs run £4k–£8k+

Your questions answered
How long does a re-roof take?
Most domestic re-roofs take 5–10 working days depending on size, weather and access. We scaffold, strip, felt, batten and re-cover in a planned sequence and keep you informed daily.
Repair or replace — how do I decide?
If a roof is under 20–25 years old with isolated damage, repair is usually right. Widespread slipped tiles, crumbling felt or repeated leaks point to replacement being better value. We'll give you an honest recommendation — we quote both ways where it's genuinely borderline.
Do you match existing tiles on period properties?
Yes — matching Norfolk pantiles and reclaimed materials on cottages and period homes is a speciality. See our gallery for flint cottage re-roofs.
Is a new roof guaranteed?
Yes, all our work is guaranteed and we're fully insured. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials on top.
